Do I need a referral to see a Physiotherapist?

No, you can make an appointment directly at your physiotherapist. Physiotherapists are considered first line practitioners and can make independent diagnoses and treat conditions within their scope of practise. If a patient's condition falls outside their scope of practise they will refer the patient on to the appropriate discipline. You do not need a referral to visit a physiotherapist.
